Last week I was able to persuade my friend Mark to go on a road trip to Picture Lake over by Mt. Baker. It took around 3 1/2 hours to get there with a couple of stops along the way.
It was the first time I've been further than a 30 minute trip away from Ballard since February. It was very exciting to see some different scenery.
